Eco-Centric Parenting: Supporting Healthy Human Development

This 6-week training supports parents and educators in understanding the early stages of human development through a nature-based, eco-centric lens.

Participants will explore how to:

  • Support their child’s growth through the stages of early childhood, middle childhood, and adolescence

  • Foster connection to nature, imagination, and autonomy

  • Recognize patterns that shape their parenting

  • Create simple, meaningful practices that support family well-being

Each session includes teaching, experiential activities, group reflection, and guided nature-based practices.
