Soul Canyon takes in the view from down in the darkness of soul canyon. Fully undertaking the psycho-spiritual journey requires that we descend into the darkness of not knowing, often for a long period of time. When this important departure from “business as usual” behavior drops us into the canyon, the experience can be intense. It’s essential to cultivate the skill to ‘look up’ on occasion and remember that while in the canyon we are recovering the essence of our unique place in the ecosystem, we remain a small part of the whole cosmos.
